Did you know today is National Paperclip Day? 📎

Time for a quick history lesson, Arbors on Taylor residents!

🤓Way back in 1899, an inventor named William Middlebrook patented the first machine that could automatically bend steel wire into the perfect paperclip shape. Before his machine came along, people used straight pins to hold papers together, which meant constantly poked fingers and torn documents. Ouch!

Over 125 years later, his design remains virtually unchanged. It is still a major staple in our leasing office and your own home workspace!

Look around your desk or kitchen counter right now. Do you prefer the classic silver metal paperclips, or are you a fan of the bright, colorful plastic-coated ones?
