🏠 These houses have been getting snatched up! For the last two weeks, every home they decided on would go contingent right before we were able to get in to tour. So, we decided to get aggressive with touring and… BAM!

🚗 We toured 11 houses between her work shifts, FaceTimed her hubby while he was at work so that he could do a virtual tour and they were READY to offer.

👍🏾 In pure Kasie fashion, I said “let’s do it!” And their offer was submitted just as she started her second shift. One thing I love about working with 1st time buyers is educating them along n the way and seeing their dreams attained in ways they never imagined!
