Congratulations to my clients that closed in July! I am so honored to have been CHOSEN to SERVE them in their journeys of selling their home or buying a home. I do not take this blessing lightly. Two of my buyer-clients purchased way below appraised value and realized significant equity AND RECEIVED cash at closing, one of my clients not only RECEIVED CASH at closing AND a good bit of personal property was conveyed, and my seller-client (after an attempt to sell his home on his own “for sale by owner”prior to listing with me) sold at the exact amount I advised him to list for (although he listed higher than I suggested, his expected net was exactly what I told him it would be AT the amount he was advised to list for, his expectations were set based on our discussion and he was pleased) AND he received the offer the week his home hit the market.
