Congratulations to these wonderful buyers on closing on their beautiful new 20-acre property in Eclectic!

This one was truly a journey. We spent countless hours driving all over Montgomery and the surrounding communities, exploring property after property in search of the one that felt just right. Sometimes the perfect home isn’t the first one you see; it’s the one worth waiting for.

Today, all of those miles, countless showings, two offers that didn’t quite work out, and lots of conversations finally paid off. They now have the space they’ve been dreaming of and a place they’ll be able to make their own for years to come.

Thank you both for trusting me throughout the process. It was such a privilege to help you find the perfect place to call your farm. I can’t wait to see everything you do with your new 20 acres—and, of course, meet all of your future animal friends!

Montgomery’s real estate market continues to show steady strength heading into summer.

Home prices are up about 5% year over year, with the median price sitting around $197K.

While sales volume is slightly lower, homes are still moving pending in roughly 30–60 days — a sign of continued buyer activity and balanced market conditions.

What does this mean for buyers and sellers?

It means strategy matters more than ever. Buyers still have opportunities in this market, and sellers who price and market their homes well are continuing to see strong results.
