Happy Real Estate Anniversary to me! 🥂🏡
One year. 365 days. NINE families helped. 🤍
Thank you to every single family who trusted me along the way. All glory be to God! 🙏🏼
In my first year of real estate, I did $2.2 million in total closed sales volume, with $1.6 million closed just this year so far.
Those numbers mean a lot to me, but the number I hold onto most is Nine.
Nine families who trusted me with one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Nine times I got to step into their corner, advocate for them, and fight for their best interests.
Every transaction came with its own ups and downs, lessons, excitement, mistakes, and moments of doubt. I’ve learned so much this past year, and I know there is still so much more to learn.
No two paths looked alike, but my commitment stayed the same to protect what mattered to my clients, fight for their best interests, and help them get where they hoped to be. I don’t take that trust lightly.
I get to continue doing this because God continues to open doors I could never open on my own. 🤍

And a special thank you to my grandma and parents for always pushing me to learn and speak our native language.
When I was younger, I used to feel embarrassed when people at school would ask me to say something in Vietnamese, or when I had to translate for my family everywhere we went. I didn’t understand the importance of it then, but I do now.
As cliché as it sounds, my family came to this country with just the clothes on their backs, working every day to give me a better life. My mom would tell me stories about working full days, walking miles to sell fruit just to have enough to eat that night. I couldn’t fully understand those sacrifices growing up, but I do now. They taught me the value of hard work from a very young age.
Today, majority of my clients are Vietnamese immigrants, and being able to speak their language, explain every step, and help them feel understood means more to me than I can say. Something I once felt embarrassed about has become something I’m incredibly proud of.
I’m so thankful for the life my family worked so hard to give me, and for everything God has allowed me to do with it.
