It’s been a busy few days!! Very happy to have these two properties UNDER CONTRACT! One we are purchasing and it will become a rental property and the other one is for a super sweet first time home buyer, he fell in love with this cute lake cottage and even with multiple offer we were able to get the contract! Add showing around 1100 acres of raw land in Hillsboro to the weekend, it was a full schedule! But I’ve loved every minute of it!
