🚨Message to our tenants 🚨

With the extremely low temperatures we are forecasted to experience over the next several days, please take the following steps to help prevent frozen pipes:

- Keep your heat set to at least 65°F at all times
- Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
- Let faucets drip a slow, steady drip (1-2 seconds apart)
- Do not turn off your heat, even if you’re away

Reminder:
- Turn off dripping faucets only when temperatures rise above freezing (>32°)

Contact our emergency line immediately if you experience frozen pipes.

More than a quarter inch of ice accumulation typically means power outages. That much ice will add hundreds of pounds to a span of power lines while also weighing down tree limbs which are prone to fall on lines.
As ice accumulation increases, so will all that weight.
With extreme cold in the forecast following the precipitation, please make plans now to safely stay warm, including an alternative place to stay, in the event of an extended power outage.

Howard Rentals LLC currently has a position available for a maintenance technician. This position is for repairs and general maintenance in rental property that is both vacant and occupied.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position would include, but are not limited to repair work and general maintenance for multiple rental units. This may include plumbing repairs, electrical/HVAC repairs, repairs and cleanup for turnovers in vacant units, and light carpentry work when necessary.

Applicants must be able to work with many types people, as they will be expected to enter the homes of different individuals.

Skills:

Carpentry experience

Electrical experience

Plumbing experience

General maintenance knowledge

Work experience:

Preferred background in maintenance repair work for rental units, or transferable experience.
