🍓 A little summer tradition I never want to outgrow… 🍓

One of my favorite things to do with my boys since they were little has been strawberry picking at Bures Berry Patch.

Even now that they’re adults, if they’re home in June, we make time to go pick strawberries together. Some traditions are just too good to give up. ❤️

And if schedules don’t work out and they can’t make it home? I make sure they still get a taste of summer with some homemade strawberry freezer jam.

I love that our area is filled with these simple places and traditions that create lifelong memories.

"How much work does this house need?"

Many buyers today are looking for move-in ready homes and are hesitant to take on unfinished projects or major updates after closing.

Even when buyers love a home's location, layout, or lot, needed repairs can impact what they're willing to pay.

That's why sellers often need to be flexible with pricing, repairs, or concessions in today's market.

What home project would make you think twice about a house?

One of the things I love most about the Mount Horeb area is that I can fill an entire week with fun, adventure, great food, and time with friends and family without ever packing a suitcase.
