I am a Military Relocation Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, and Associate Broker with over 18 years experience! I also own and operate A Change of Place LLC, a property management company I founded in 2008. My business partner Jessica and I manage over 60 units presently, and assist homeowners in finding tenants for their properties, screening those tenants, and collecting rent and supervising maintenance on those properties. Every buyer does this, and I call it the "ah ha!" moment. I always tell buyers........when you walk in to THE ONE, YOU WILL KNOW IT.

Buying and selling real estate can be very rewarding both personally and financially for clients. I am very honest with people, often playing devil's advocate, to insure my clients are aware of all the rewards, and the pitfalls. That is my job. To educate. To be honest. Hello all! It's been a little bit since I've posted.......been busy getting projects done around my little casa!

There's ALWAYS something to do at your house/property! Weeds that need pulled.........especially in your gardens! What is up with that this year! SOO MANNYYY WEEEEDS!

Freshened up my fence with new stain. A project that's been on my TO DO list for 5 years...... woops!

Started a new aquarium/aquascape hobby which has proven to be so therapeutic!

New listing! This home is absolutely amazing, it's so hard to list all the wonderful things about it! Besides the fact that it is 100% custom built, not another one like it............this builder worked to put all the very best into it. It's absolutely gorgeous, sleek, modern and functional. Extra insulation, double (cold) roof, radiant heated concrete flooring, On Demand Water heating.......the list literally goes on and on. Do you know someone looking for a house just like this one? It's always so wonderful to find THE BEST house for your clients. We had actually made an offer on a home that was far inferior to this one, and our offer was not accepted. Even though the client was disappointed, I told them what I tell all of my clients, "There is a reason for everything." That reason.......was that this home was waiting for them.
