Gonna be helping to build some bunk beds on 11/7. if you're free from 10-2, join the cause and lets get every kid in Boris county off the couch and into his/her own bed. If you can use a paint brush, a drill, a wrench, or just carry wood, help is always appreciated. We can drive to turkey brook park together!

We will be building beds for children who don't have a bed in our community.

People often ask me if they should insist upon a home inspection when purchasing a new home. "Didn't the town inspector check everything?". Nope! While many of these defects are things that I check for myself, a written report from a competent licensed home inspector carries more weight. When combined with an expert real estate attorney who can tie up the property and force the builder to address defects immediately, the move in can be much smoother. I only work with the best inspectors and attorneys, plus I have 40 years of construction management myself. Hire experts who don't disappoint.
