A little delayed, but this award finally made its way from Howard Hanna Southeast Smithfield Office to Howard Hanna Southeast Currituck and caught up with me after relocating my office just across the border to North Carolina!

🏡🔑 Nothing brings us (Michelle and I) more joy than watching someone who has worked hard achieve the dream of homeownership.

Handing over these keys today was pure delight. This sweet buyer stayed focused, trusted the process, and never gave up on her goal. Today, all of that hard work paid off with a place she and her sweet daughter can finally call their own.
