We are 🎀𝓼𝓸 𝓮𝔁𝓬𝓲𝓽𝓮𝓭🎀 to announce a Pop Up Cafe with Pretty Little Cafe this 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 - 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵!!
With one purchase you support both a local business and a local charity as well as your tastebuds. 🤤

On Friday June 19th from 8:30a-3:30p, A Pretty Little Cafe will be set up in the Young's Muncie parking lot selling drinks for a cause! A portion of the proceeds will go to A Voice For Kids INC benefitting foster children in East Central Indiana. We will also be accepting donations that day!

Spreading some leasing love for the month of love🩷🥰 Running from 2/1-2/28 for all NEW groups who started looking 2/1 or after

Deals are as follows:
- $100 CASH per tenant signing bonus on any 3-4 bed signed for this month
- 1 month FREE rent on any 5+ bed signed for in February. This month of free rent will be spread out over the 12 month period meaning lower monthly rent (i.e. each month you get a discount. Over 12 months that discount will equal 1 month free)

That being said, emergency maintenance will still be up and running for true emergencies. For any other usual maintenance requests, please put in maintenance requests on your portal. Your property managers will be working from home, and they can answer emails if you need to contact them! All emails are published on our website 📲
