Answering one of our most commonly asked questions! What to do about insurance

Insurance is a requirement for all 26-27 leases! You will be automatically enrolled on your account for $15 a month. If ALL tenants on the lease submit their own renters insurance, then you will be unenrolled for the $15 a month.

It is mandatory that you fill out your move-in inspection paperwork!! This will be left at your house and accessible via a QR code left in your kitchen.

Simply sit down with your roommates and fill out/submit ONE form to us within 5 days of your lease start date. Remember, this is NOT a maintenance request. If you find a maintenance issue, put it in the form as well as submit a maintenance request on your portal🏡

Remember, please do NOT call emergency maintenance unless you have a real emergency (flood, no a/c, water issues, gushing water, no hot water *make sure gas is in your name first*) All regular maintenance issues can be submitted with a maintenance request on your portal🛠️
