🎉Closing day for my new friend, Crystal! 🎉

I’m so proud of this beautiful lady as she takes on this new adventure in home ownership! She had a goal and she accomplished it all on her own. 👏🏼👏🏼 She’s a true rockstar and is someone to look up to! P.s. how fun is this Photo Booth at the title company?!

Crystal was referred to me by our lovely lender and I took her out to see homes the next weekend and we instantly clicked. We bonded over our love for Harry Potter and our shared redheaded-ness 😅 We narrowed it down to a few homes and knocked them out in a day and then made an offer the next. We were in another multiple offer situation and came out on top without going above list price! 🤩

Sometimes it’s all about having favorable terms. We got the seller to make the major repairs that came up and now Crystal has a squeaky clean home to call her own. She was pure joy to work with and spend time with and I’m going to miss her energy and positive outlook on the regular.

🎉Another smooth closing for this beautiful family! 🎉

Closing day is always a happy day but it’s also bittersweet. Especially when you’re saying goodbye to your first home as a family. I had the pleasure of helping this sweet fam purchase their new home and also sell their first home!

Getting to spend so much time with families gives me the opportunity to create these special bonds and I will truly miss getting to interact with them on a regular basis. I don’t take this privilege lightly and I am truly grateful for all the families that choose to trust me through this process. ♥️

Luckily, Luke and Kristin didn’t go too far so I envision lots of play dates in our future! This sale and purchase was all about strategy and prep. We talked numbers and went over what’s actually happening in this market and how to get their home sold quickly without playing any games. We priced it right, made necessary repairs and updates and made sure it was model home ready! We found our buyer on day 2 and by day 4 we were under contract.

On the flip side, when looking for their new home we spotted a home that we could really negotiate and get a deal on that had been sitting for a little bit. Next thing you know our offer was accepted and we were on to closing! Now they live in their dream neighborhood in a highly desirable school district. 🏫♥️

Their willingness to understand the market, attention to detail and their ability to trust the process is what made both of these transactions go so smoothly. Congratulations!! 🎉🎉
