Yes an amazing day for Niptide Properties LLC thanks to Michael McAteer- Realtor who recognized our properties to be just what his buyer wanted and worked diligently with all of us through the process ⛱️⛱️

We have closed a chapter by selling our beach homes to Hunter Fisher but have gained some special new friends in the process ❤️
