New hotspot alert! Today, I'm highlighting Calabash Creamery! I love this place so much because well the housemade Ice cream is just heavenly, plus you can sit in a porch rocker while you eat your ice cream. Have you ever been here before? What was your favorite ice cream flavor? This one is going on my list of favorites for sure!

One of my most favorite things about being an agent is getting to see clients settle into their new home, and make it their own. Call me crazy, but I love it when I get pics of home improvement projects, new furniture, and updated paint colors. Staying in touch with my clients (turned friends) gives me life, and helps me keep doing what I'm doing day in and day out. So... if you're a past client of mine, send me a pic of a recent home project. I'd love to see it!

Never miss a thing in Myrtle Beach! This weekend we’re super excited about these events:
🍇 SeptemberFest + Duplin Winery Grape Stomp — Saturday, Sept. 19, 12–5 PM
Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach
This is probably my #1 pick for you. SeptemberFest includes the annual Duplin Winery Grape Stomp, where you can actually get into a barrel and stomp grapes, along with live music and vendors. It's easy to combine with restaurants, bars and shopping around Barefoot Landing.
🍺 Crooktoberfest — Saturday, Sept. 19
Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing
Conveniently, this is happening alongside SeptemberFest. Expect an Oktoberfest-style atmosphere with seasonal beers, German-inspired food, live music, stein-hoisting and games. This makes Barefoot Landing the place I'd spend much of Saturday.
💃 SOS Fall Migration — Sept. 18–27
Main Street/Ocean Drive, North Myrtle Beach
One of the Grand Strand's classic adult social events. Thousands of Carolina S**g enthusiasts come to North Myrtle Beach for live beach music, dancing, parties and s**g lessons. Much of the action centers around Main Street and longtime s**g clubs such as Fat Harold's, Ducks and OD Arcade.
🎸 Sounds of Summer Concert — Friday, Sept. 18, 7–9 PM
North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex
Shotguns & Roses, a Guns N' Roses tribute band, performs the final Sounds of Summer concert of the season. Admission is free, and concessions/light refreshments are available.
Best for: A free outdoor live show before heading somewhere else for drinks afterward.

⭐ What I'd do
Start at SeptemberFest/Duplin Grape Stomp → walk over to Crooktoberfest for German food and seasonal beer → dinner at Barefoot Landing → head to Main Street/Ocean Drive for the SOS Fall Migration and live beach music that night.

That gives you wine + food + beer festival + live music + dancing + nightlife all in one day without spending a lot of time driving.

There's also an adults-only option Friday night at GTS Theatre, which advertises an 18+ comedy magic show during the 2026 season.

Since I'm all about planning these days, today, I'm going to be taking some amazing photos in and around Myrtle Beach South Carolina! It's one of my favorite things that I get to do for my business. Calling all cheeseburger lovers! This is not a drill. This Friday is National Cheeseburger Day. So to celebrate rather that just a restaurant that happens to serve burgers, I'm giving you a list of the most unique places to grab a cheeseburger in Myrtle Beach this weekend: River City Cafe - 🏆 My #1 overall pick. Their specialty is burgers, using fresh, never-frozen beef, and they have a huge selection. For a traditional choice, get the House Cheeseburger; for something richer, try the Bacon Cheeseburger or Cheese Lovers Burger with pepper jack, Swiss, cheddar and American., Burky's Grill - This is the one I'd recommend if you want an old-fashioned cheeseburger without a lot of fuss. It's a nostalgic 1950s-style diner specializing in flat-top/smash-style burgers. Current diner feedback is particularly strong for the double bacon cheeseburger and double cheeseburger.
Best for: Classic cheeseburger, fries and an old-school local feel. , Hamburger Joe's -A longtime Grand Strand favorite. The burgers are thin, smashed on the flat-top and straightforward rather than oversized gourmet burgers. It's casual, lively and also known for wings.
Best for: No-frills cheeseburger + cold beer, Burger Social - This would be my less touristy pick. Burger Social specializes in gourmet smashburgers and has an unusually large selection of fries, loaded fries and sauces, plus shakes and a full bar.
Best for: Smashburgers and loaded fries, especially if you're around Barefoot Landing, Art Burger Sushi Bar - The unusual choice of the five—and a good one for adults. It's an oceanfront burger, sushi and cocktail bar with creative burgers, an art-gallery atmosphere and liquid-nitrogen cocktails. Current reviews give its burgers particularly good marks.
Best for: Cheeseburger + cocktails + oceanfront atmosphere. ...

Sometimes I need a reminder. The most beautiful things in life are not things. They're people, places, and memories. And I just want to take a moment to thank you all for being here and going on this journey with me. I love our community, and I'm so happy to serve it!
