No, this is not an exaggeration. Life is slower here. You can go walk on the beach after work. Sunset dinners are the norm (by boat, too😉).

I don’t post a ton of personal things on my business pages - but this feels necessary since I’ve been a little bit MIA the last couple months (for my standards, anyways!😂). My husband and I are super blessed to be expecting a baby girl Early March 2027. 🎀💕

In all seriousness… there’s so much chatter around whether or not it’s a good time to buy, is waiting for rates to drop smart, headline after headline, etc etc…

When in REALITY - the case always remains the same. Buy the house when it makes sense for YOU. Jobs are always changing. Situations change. Families grow. They downsize. People will ALWAYS need to buy or sell. The market will always be moving, one direction or another.
