Meet the Sell OBX Team - Dru, Jeff and Karen. Dru Ferrence and Karen DelVacchio have been working in real estate on the beach for years.

Now Dru's son Jeff is coming on board and they are teaming up as The Sell OBX Team! Jeff Ferrence has lived on the Outer Banks since 2001. While growing up in Wilmington, Delaware, Jeff began visiting the Outer Banks before he could walk. He could be seen rolling in the waves since his days in diapers, and still spends as much time as possible with his feet in the sand, soaking the sea water into

his skin. After graduating from Auburn University, with a degree in Fisheries Management, Jeff tried his hand at a career with Amazon.com, finding that his love of the beach was much stronger than the internet craze! As an avid free diver and outdoorsman, Jeff discovered that a career in real estate would allow him to continue enjoying life on the Outer Banks. He is enthusiastic to join the Village Realty sales team under the tutelage of his mother, Senior Broker Dru Ferrence, with whom, it could be said, he has been an apprentice for the past 30 years. It's Summertime Summertime sum sum summertime.... when I rushed down stairs this morning to turn my irrigation system off so it would not water the grass after last night's huge thunderstorm, I realized that a lot of figs on my tree were actually ripe. I just looked 2 days ago and they weren't. So after church this morning I went downstairs and gathered them. of course I had a fight off a lot of birds and many of them were squawking at me from my porch railing because they had already been partaking of the big fig bounty and anticipating that they were all theirs. They are not!!

Miracle Worker. After being turned down by so many “lift installers” and electricians, ELS Electrical & Lighting Solutions agreed to take a look at our cargo lift. Michael had the situation diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. His crew is returning tomorrow morning to do additional lift maintenance so this doesn’t happen again. Highly Recommend this company to our local clients and friends.
