According to the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, June 2026 delivered one of the strongest Junes in five years:

📈 Closed sales up 16.5% year over year
📈 Pending sales up nearly 15%
💰 More than $1 billion in residential sales in a single month
🏡 Single family median price of $750,000
🔑 Single family sales above $1.5 million up roughly 25% year to date
📉 Inventory down more than 23%

⛳️ A fun Naples, Florida golf fact: the city is often called the “Golf Capital of the World” because the area has more than 80 championship courses and an exceptionally high number of golf holes per resident.

🏌️‍♀️A particularly quirky course story
At The Quarry Golf Club, the dramatic lake beside the course was once an active limestone quarry. The club even keeps a drag-line crane displayed near the fifth hole as a reminder of the site’s industrial past. The course later hosted the PGA Champions Tour’s ACE Group Classic in 2010 and 2011, won by Fred Couples and Bernhard Langer.

📍Bonus historical fact
Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club was Naples’s first 18-hole golf operation when it opened in 1931. According to its history, an 11-year-old Jack Nicklaus first broke 40 for nine holes there in 1951—decades before he helped redesign the course with architect John Sanford.

WINK News - one of my favorite things about Naples Living! The happiest news in the country I have ever seen!

Where the BIG story is the black bear roaming on 5th Avenue and the occasional Coast Guard Rescue! Their news reporting takes me back to a simpler time. Feel good news that is just good for the soul. It is so delightful to watch reporting on community hero's and cute animals instead of fear and violence. Thank you Wink for a slice of the good stuff!
