A very challenging but rewarding month. 🙏 There’s a history, a story, and a family behind every sale.
Sold a beautiful home that never even went to the market on 5 acres with a seller I’ve been in contact with on and off about this sale for over 5 years. ❤️
Sold a friend’s home so her family could relocate to Texas. So happy for her, but she’s definitely missed. 🥲
Sold my sister’s house in less than a week, only to have the buyer unable to obtain financing at the very last minute. 😭 I had to get it back on the market and sell it again quickly because they were already under contract on another home. 😅 Thankfully, it all worked out.
Sold some lovely repeat clients a beautiful townhouse as an investment.
And I sold my first property in Georgia! ☺️ I’ve been a part of several real estate transactions there, but never before as the licensed agent.

I'm grateful these sellers trusted me to help them sell their home and I'm so happy we found a buyer in less than 11 days especially in a market that's been more challenging lately. One of my favorite parts of this was realizing how connected we already were. They originally knew me through my Mom’s group but then we realized we also go to the same church and our kids know each other from school. Such a small world. ☺️

Another adventure in the books… We bought this cute but MAJOR fixer a few years ago. We loved seeing the transformation and renting this out to various Airbnb guests over the last couple years but the time came to sell it. I’ll miss this little place but I’m thankful for the experience and glad we were able to bring an old forgotten house back to life. 💓 I hope the new owners enjoy it like we did! 🙏
