☑️ Every “30-minute project” takes three hours.

☑️ You’ll become best friends with the hardware store.

☑️ One box somehow turns into twenty.

☑️ You’ll question the instructions... and then realize they were right all along. 😅

The funny thing is...

These are the moments nobody really talks about, but they’re the ones that end up meaning the most.

A house doesn’t become a home on closing day.

There are a lot of reasons people fall in love with Nashville.

For some, it’s the music.
For others, it’s the food, the sports, or the skyline.

For me, it’s watching a city continue to grow while still feeling like home.

Every time I drive across this bridge, I’m reminded that new beginnings are happening all around us—whether it’s a new stadium, a new neighborhood, or a family starting their next chapter.
