While launching careers of some of popular music’s most renowned artists, Rendy Lovelady has simultaneously achieved his own personal visions and goals as an astute and successful entrepreneur. As manager and concert producer, Lovelady shaped and molded careers of artists in virtually every music genre. Rendy Lovelady understands life
on the road because he lived it himself. For thirteen years, he worked in various roles for some of rock-n-roll’s top artists including Van Halen, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, Michael Sweet, and Stryper. His experience on the road, along with watching the day-to-day grind of multiple touring artists, helped him become sympathetic to their professional needs, and gave him invaluable insights into the business of music. Lovelady represented world-renowned concert pianist Dino, multi-platinum Christian music veteran Carmen, as well as the mulit-platinum modern rock band Jars Of Clay. Jars Of Clay garnered four Grammy Award nominations, including three wins, among other distinctions. Lovelady was a driving force in discovering and breaking multi-platinum selling and Grammy award winning country group Little Big Town. In 2003, Lovelady partnered with Sony Music veteran Tracy McGlocklin to form RLM/Mission Management. Together they have represented Season 8 American Idol finalist Danny Gokey, Marty Stuart, Michael O’Brien, State of Man, Shelly Fairchild, Love & Theft, Justifide, Hot Club of Cowtown, Breckinridge, Scrap Metal, Jennifer Hanson, FLOORD, and Season 1 Winners of CMT’s Can You Duet Caitlin and Will. After that, Rendy Lovelady began producing Tennessee Rive Run and mega music festivals including BamaJam and Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam. Lovelady’s current roster includes multi-platinum selling artist Darryl Worley, Kirstie Lovelady, CMT’s Trick My Truck Series, and professional athletes. He also is the Executive Producer of the Pepsi Southern Original Competition and Tour. Lovelady received his undergraduate degree at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi where he attended classes on a football scholarship. He then received his Master’s Degree in Religious Education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Rendy Lovelady Management is headquartered in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
