Tomorrow is the day! 🐢🌊💚

We’re so excited to partner with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center for this year’s Trash Bash! Giving back to the community and protecting the beautiful place we get to call home is something we truly care about.

Come spend your Saturday morning making a difference with us! We’ll see you at 8 AM! ☀️

🍃 Have you been outside today?

It feels a little bit like FALL out here on Navarre Beach! 🍂

We couldn’t ask for better weather for tomorrow’s Trash Bash! Over the last two weeks, we’ve picked up over 2,000 ci******es. Do you think we’ll find another 1,000 tomorrow?

Thank you to Elite Realty for sponsoring tomorrow’s event! We look forward to seeing everyone at 8 AM!

We’re so excited to partner with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center again for another 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐡! 🐢

Giving back to the community we live, work, and serve in is something we’re really passionate about at Elite Realty. We get to call this beautiful place home, and we believe being part of the community means doing our part to take care of it too.

Join us 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴–𝟭𝟬 𝗔𝗠 as we come together to clean up our beaches, help protect our local wildlife, and leave Navarre a little better than we found it. 💙

We’d LOVE to see our friends, clients, neighbors, and local businesses out there with us! Bring the family, grab some friends, and come spend the morning giving back to our little piece of paradise.

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀!

Another Elite Realty team meeting in the books! 🏡

We spent the morning celebrating wins, talking business, looking ahead to Q4, and making sure our agents are staying informed and ready to better serve their clients in an ever-changing market.

A big thank you to Jamie Goodwin Ussery for joining us and sharing her lending knowledge, market insight, and some great information for our agents. We always appreciate our industry partners who take the time to be a resource for our team!

Good conversations, breakfast, a few celebrations, and plenty of ideas to take back into our businesses. 💙

We love getting our team together to ask questions, collaborate, learn from one another, and stay ahead of what's happening in real estate.

When your buyers light up over a house… you go to work. 👏

A big congratulations to Tony Lindberg and his buyers on getting the keys to a great home in Shalimar!

Once Tony saw how much they loved this one, he worked hard to put everything together and get it under contract for them. And now they officially get to call it home. 🙌

There’s nothing better than seeing the right house end up with the right people. Great job, Tony! 🔑

Florida is officially HOME! 🌴🏡

A huge congratulations to Victoria Aaron and her buyers on closing on their new Florida home, all while navigating the process from states away!

There’s something extra special about helping a family make a big move like this, and now they get to start settling in just in time for the holidays. 🍂

From miles away to keys in hand… welcome to Florida!

Santa Rosa Beach looks pretty good on this closing! 😎🌴

A big congratulations to Ty Brown and his buyer on officially closing on an amazing property in one of our favorite parts of the Gulf Coast! 🏡
Ty continues to show up for his clients, put in the work, and help them find properties that truly make sense for them.

Not a bad place to put down some roots, either. 😉👏 Great job, Ty!

Just sold! 🎉

A BIG congratulations to Tia Vera and her sellers on getting their land SOLD! 🌳

This one is proof that persistence pays off. Tia stayed on it, kept things moving, and continued advocating for her sellers until they made it all the way to closing day. 🙌

Some deals make you work a little harder for that SOLD sign... and those are extra sweet when they finally get there.

Way to keep pushing for your clients, Tia! We’re proud of you! 👏

Just sold! 🎉

This one was a little extra special for Ty Brown because he got to help both sides make it to closing day! 🏡👏

From helping his seller get their home sold to helping the buyer make it theirs, Ty took care of everyone involved and kept this one moving in the right direction.

One home, two happy clients, and a whole lot to celebrate. Great job, Ty! 🙌
