My Home Watch Concierge

A timely post as several of our clients are returning to their NW FL home to enjoy their homes during the fall.

🏡 Spend More Time Enjoying Your Florida Home

Your Florida home should be a place to relax—not a checklist of things to do after you arrive or before you leave.

With My Home Watch Concierge's Arrival & Departure Services, we help make coming and going easier. From preparing your home before arrival to making sure everything is secure and in order after departure, having a trusted local professional who is familiar with your home and your preferences gives you one less thing to worry about.

Because we know your home, we can help take care of the details that matter to you—so your arrival can feel like a homecoming, not another list of tasks.

Whether you’re arriving for a weekend, an extended stay, or heading home after a relaxing visit, our Arrival & Departure Services can help you start and end your time in Florida with less stress.

📍 Serving homeowners throughout Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties, including Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.

🚨 When an Emergency Happens, Local Knowledge Matters.

Imagine discovering there’s a problem with your Florida home—but you’re hundreds or even thousands of miles away.

A water leak, HVAC failure, storm damage, or other unexpected issue can quickly become a much bigger (and more expensive) problem when no one is there to respond.

Having a trusted local professional who knows your home means someone can get there quickly, assess what’s happening, help prevent further damage, coordinate with the right professionals, and keep you informed.

That’s one of the reasons My Home Watch Concierge is more than someone who simply checks the house. We’re your local resource when you can’t be there.

🏠 Serving homeowners throughout Santa Rosa & Escambia Counties-Northwest Florida.

🏡 **What really happens during a Home Watch visit?**

Many people think a Home Watch visit is just a quick walk-through or drive-by. In reality, it's a thorough inspection designed to protect one of your biggest investments.

In our latest blog, we take you behind the scenes to show what we look for during every visit—from checking for water leaks, HVAC issues, excessive humidity, and storm damage to inspecting windows, doors, and other signs that something isn't quite right.

The best part? Catching small problems early can often prevent costly repairs later.

Whether you're away for a few weeks, spending the summer up north, or own a second home along the Gulf Coast, regular Home Watch visits provide peace of mind knowing someone local is looking after your property.

If you own a home in Navarre, Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, or anywhere in Santa Rosa or Escambia County, we'd love to show you how professional Home Watch can help protect your investment.

📖 Read our latest blog to learn what happens during a Home Watch visit and why it's so much more than "checking on the house."

When you hear a major storm is approaching, do you consider everything that is plugged in? Small appliances in the kitchen? In the bathroom? TVs, office equipment? Although this article doesn't address all of these, it does help with understanding between "Large Appliances--Washer, Dryers, Ovens, Fridge/Freezers" and smaller appliances.

We encourage our absentee homeowners to unplug all small appliances whenever they will be away from their homes.

Planning to be away? Set up Home Watch before you leave for extra peace of mind.

Thought this was a great post! Some days, the things that pop up on our Bingo Card are just not what we were expecting.

Most homeowners can relate to at least a few of these.

A strange smell. A weird noise. A water stain. A smoke detector chirping at the worst possible time.

The difference is that homeowners who use an NHWA-accredited Home Watch provider know they have a trained professional regularly checking on their property and helping them stay informed about visible issues before they become bigger concerns.

Because peace of mind beats panic Googling every time.
