Here’s something worth thinking about 👇

🥇 Pensacola Beach was named the #1 beach in the country.

🥈 Navarre Beach was #2.

Not #20.

Not an honorable mention.

👉 #2 IN THE COUNTRY.

Yet when it comes to short-term rentals, Navarre is still often treated like the “secondary” market.

Owners may assume their property simply can’t generate what properties in the better-known destinations can.
