These are the 3 questions I ask to get out of my head:

➡️ Did I have good intentions?
If so, I can give myself grace because I know what I meant.

➡️ Is this going to matter in 5 years?
If there is no lasting impact, I can release it with peace.

➡️ If someone did/said this to me, would I hold it against them?
If so, I should do my best to apologize, otherwise, I do my best to let it go.

Overthinking will stop your productivity in its tracks.
But that doesn't have to be the whole story.
