🏡 New Albany Market Update | August 2026

The New Albany market continues to show strength! We saw 38 closed sales in August, up 18.8% from last year, while homes sold in an average of just 18 days.

The median sales price was $691,500 for August, and year to date it’s $725,000, up 11.1% from 2025. Inventory remains limited with just 37 homes for sale at the end of the month.

This one was extra special. ❤️

It’s always an honor when someone trusts me to help with such a big decision, but this one meant even more. My seller was once my boss, and having him put his trust in me years later to guide him through the sale of one of my favorite properties was something I truly appreciated.

This was a bittersweet decision and not necessarily an easy one, but I’m so thankful for the outcome and incredibly grateful they chose me to help them through it.

One of my favorite parts is getting to share a little more personally about what referrals truly mean to me. My business has been built almost entirely through referrals, and there is no greater compliment than when someone I’ve helped trusts me enough to send their family or friends my way.

Such a fun lunch today! 🥂

A big thank you to Andy, Doug & Dan for taking me out to celebrate and recognize my sales success. It means so much to have hard work acknowledged, but even more to be surrounded by people who are genuinely supportive and encouraging.

✨ SOLD! ✨

This one is a little bittersweet. ❤️ And seriously… how cute are they?! 🥰

I’ve sold a lot of homes over the years, but this will forever be one of my all-time favorite properties. The charm, character and incredible attention to detail were truly something special. And so much of it was lovingly created by these two themselves. You could feel the care they put into every little detail.

But as special as the home is, the people who lived there are even more special. I first met them back in 2018 at an open house (I remember it vividly) and they are truly two of the kindest, sweetest, most genuine people.

I’m sad to see them head back home, but I feel so lucky real estate brought them into my life and that I got to be part of this chapter. ❤️

Wishing you both nothing but happiness in your next adventure. Congratulations—you will definitely be missed! 🏡🥂
