Sometimes buying a home doesn’t go exactly as planned—and sometimes a second opinion can make all the difference. 🏡

A little over two weeks ago, I received a call about some clients who were running into a few roadblocks with their financing and needed another set of eyes on the deal. Their closing date was just a few days away.

We took a fresh look, made a few adjustments, and got to work. Just 8 days after receiving the contract, they were at the closing table! 🎉

I’m so grateful for the agents who trusted me to step in, the clients who trusted the process, and the incredible team behind me who worked together to make it happen.
