Today’s office involved getting a 50-acre Texas Hill Country ranch listing ready to hit the market, a residential listing in San Marcos entered after filming content there, and approximately 47 baskets of chips consumed in the process.

Could I work from a traditional office? Sure.
Would I rather answer emails, input listings, and handle real estate paperwork with fajitas and a margarita nearby? Absolutely.

One of my favorite things about real estate is the flexibility to build a business that fits my life instead of the other way around.
Now tell me... are you team office, coffee shop, or restaurant patio?

Texas Realtors!!! There are SO many changes to the contracts coming out and will be mandatory in the next few weeks. If your broker isn’t going over them please be sure to go to some classes or I’d be happy to share our zoom link so you can tune in. I try to bring my broker out twice a year to San Antonio to put on a contracts bootcamp for free CE credits. So if you think this would be beneficial to you please let me know! Texas also has the most data centers in the country, and it’s important to be transparent about the water in a sale to prevent any liability issues down the road. I personally am very glad they are taking this seriously and have added this form for everyone’s protection.

With Father’s Day around the corner my Dad made sure he’d never compete with my husband for plans that day. 😅

Grief is weird. It’s been a decade but my kids calling him “your dead Dad” instead of Grandpa is crazy work.

I am beyond grateful for all the men who’ve stepped into the fun fatherly role for me. Whether it’s dove hunts, the barbecues, or becoming a bonus grandparent to my kids. My Dad was a simple man, he loved his jeans and boots, whiskey, living in the country, and never saying no to a pet when I wanted one. Enjoy your parents while you’ve got them!

Don’t come to me for kid-friendly recommendations in San Antonio unless you’re okay with hearing about the same places over and over. 😂

The drive-thru safari is a favorite around here because:
✔️ The kids are entertained
✔️ The animals are up close
✔️ Everyone stays in the AC
✔️ Nobody has to chase a toddler across a parking lot

And if you’ve been, you already know the playground is just as big of a hit as the animals.
