Congrats to my happy buyer clients Sarah & Connor! This one is a bit unique as we've never met. As business young professionals they only had one weekend to find a house and I had a family trip planned. I made videos for them to narrow down the options and my trusted colleague Adrian Cruz was able to show them their top picks. And wouldn't you know it...we found the right house for them!

If you walk barefoot or take your dog for a walk this time of year, you've probably had to deal with this prickly plant. I think they stick to concrete!

Whether you call them sandburs or grass stickers, if you've stepped on one you know they are public enemy No. 1 around the home and in lawns.

Working hard for my clients on this holiday weekend. Doing video walk through of homes in the area to help my clients learn more about New Braunfels!

This way they'll be more informed and refine their preferences in order to make better use of their limited time when they are here for house hunting in a couple of weeks.

This was a unique few months where all of my buyers and sellers were entirely remote. Despite the distance, we built great trust and successfully realized their real estate goals.

To top off a busy quarter, my bride and I also bought two investment homes for ourselves. Cheers to remote success and new beginnings! 🎉

I was honored to help shape a local policy proposal to help homeless veterans find affordable housing while ensuring the program doesn't negatively impact landlord rights. We wanted to ensure a successful program and that our elected leaders fully understand potential unintended consequences from aspects of this proposal.
