I was honored to help shape a local policy proposal to help homeless veterans find affordable housing while ensuring the program doesn't negatively impact landlord rights. We wanted to ensure a successful program and that our elected leaders fully understand potential unintended consequences from aspects of this proposal.

Meet Your Board of Directors 👋

We’re continuing our Meet the SABOR Board of Directors series as we spotlight the newest members of our board.

Meet Eric Johnson, a member of the 2026 SABOR Board of Directors.

Following a 22-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Eric joined the real estate profession, building on a family legacy in the industry. After relocating 12 times during his military career, he brings firsthand experience to his role as team leader of the Guidon Home Group with Keller Williams, where he specializes in residential real estate and relocation services throughout the Greater San Antonio area.

Known for his client-focused approach, Eric partners closely with buyers, sellers, renters and investors to ease transitions and deliver world-class service. Outside of real estate, he supports local youth sports leagues as a coach, official and fan. Eric and his wife, Lisa, a recently retired U.S. Army nurse, live in New Braunfels with their three children.

We’re excited to have Eric serving on the SABOR Board of Directors and appreciate the experience and leadership he brings to our association!
