Today marks 20 years for me as a Realtor helping people buy and sell real estate. Straight out of high school, after a couple miscellaneous jobs I jumped into real estate head first.

After 20 years, several market changes and some gray hair, here’s my take away.. Invest in real estate, it usually feels expensive at the time, but 10-20 years down the road you’ll be happy you did it. Just sold and represented the buyer for 2501 & 2503 Oregon Pike along with 1006 Hunsicker Road in Lancaster, PA. This transaction involved two fully leased office buildings situated on 4.7 acres, as well as one residential home. The sale price was $3.9 million. The listing side was represented by U.S. Commercial Realty - Scott Bradbury.
