It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my Thea Stella Agathos, 84, of Putnam. 🕊️

I’ve beautiful memories of Thea Stella Agathos…how she’d warmly welcome us, offer us fresh tomatoes from her sprawling garden, make us feel at home. She was kind and resilient.

Thea continuously brought the Greek culture and her faith with her everywhere she went. I appreciate how she loved us/her family, the faith and gardening — fiercely and without reservation. ❤️🪴🫜

My family is so grateful for every moment.

May her memory be eternal. 💙🤍

after kicking off the project last year. We hit a few roadblocks early on 🚧—especially navigating some early contractor challenges and getting everyone aligned—but ultimately stretched every dollar 💸 and saw it through 💪.
Learned a lot managing this one from start to finish 🛠️📈, and I’m grateful for my partner Joe Dibuono 🤝 for trusting the process and working through it with me. Strong collaboration all the way to the finish line 🏁.
