One thing I always remind my clients: everything happens for a reason and sometimes you don’t understand the “why” until you get to the better💡

In real estate, not every home makes it to the closing table. Sometimes inspections uncover concerns, financing or appraisal issues arise, or circumstances simply change.
Unfortunately my client’s previous home didn’t work out, but I didn’t allow them to be discouraged. We got right back to work and just days later, we’re UNDER CONTRACT again on a home that may be an even better fit! 🙌🏾🔑

A little reminder: when one door closes, don’t assume the journey is over. Sometimes it’s simply redirecting you to the right one. 💕
