New homebuyer grants, who dis?

Grants available for up to $8,000 for homebuyers meeting income qualifications. In my opinion the income is actually a pretty reasonable threshold that a lot of folks would fit in to.

You do not need to be a first time homebuyer, but you cannot currently own property. Grants can go toward downpayment assistance or closing costs. Pairing available with 100% financing.
