If anyone tells you selling a home is always smooth sailing... they’ve clearly never done it! 😅

Here’s the plot twist: The first time we went pending on this beautiful home, the buyer lost his job just days before closing. Cue the collective gasp. 😱

So, back on the market we went! It took almost two months to go pending again, but our absolute rockstar seller stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept the faith.

All in all? The home was only on the market with us for 101 days. In the grand scheme of real estate, that’s actually not that long—it just felt like a lifetime while we were living through the plot twists!
