14 FHA changes, one big opportunity for you!

HUD just rolled out 14 updates to FHA loan rules, touching appraisals, repair loans, closings and lender requirements. Each one is a reason to reopen a stalled buyer conversation.

FHA policy changes could give some buyers more flexibility on repairs, appraisals and financing, while keeping property condition, repair costs and lender timelines central to the transaction.
