Seeking energetic, multi-tasking individual, with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and highly motivated. Must have the ability to follow up on details, stay organized and not be easily flustered.

Starting position as Administrative Assistant with willingness to get licensed as a Community Association Manager.

On the job training; tasks include responding to client and vendor requests, following up on work orders and bids, emailing, data entry, filing, processing applications and paperwork for rentals and sales, and other similar tasks.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Part time position also available.
