December 8, 2025 Starting on Thanksgiving Day, many think of the less fortunate and give back in various ways. One way is to volunteer, host or bring items to a toy drive. So fourteen years ago, a long -term Crown Heights resident began a new toy drive along Franklin Ave. This drive was in memory of her mom, who, was involved and adored children” which suddenly passed away before Christmas. The new toys will be distributed to a Women’s and Children’s shelter in Brooklyn, NY.
Sheffey Realty LLC (www.sheffeyrealty.com) which is a boutique Real Estate company nestled on 651 Park Place @ Franklin which prides “in giving personalized service to customers and clients”. Ms. Sheffey who, is the proprietor leaped at the opportunity to help organize the local toy drive.
