There is exciting momentum at 1301 Avenue of the Americas with three new leasing deals! We're thrilled to welcome two new tenants and the expansion of a current tenant at this premier Midtown office building:

✍️ Virtus Investment Partners: 10-year lease for 41,000+ SF, and is relocating from another Paramount Group building
✍️ OMelvenyMyers LLP: Expanding their current space by nearly 30,000 SF with a 16-year lease
✍️ J.C. Flowers & Company: 14,000+ SF on a 9-year lease, and is relocating from the GM Building

These deals underscore the continued desirability of 1301 Avenue of the Americas as a top office building in NYC. We look forward to the continued success of these tenants in their new and expanded office spaces!
