2. Does my finances allow me to be able to purchase a home?
3. Do I have a consistent income?

Client: I need something fast with at least 1 acre to do my farming.
Me: Say less
This client came to me frustrated after not getting anywhere working with another agent. We spoke for 10 mins, and by the next day we got her the right pre-approval and began searching for her house. Her specific needs and the crazy market made our search tough but in the end we came out on top.

Found something below asking, with over 1 acres and was able to wrap it up in 3 months!
The smile on her face says it all!

When you purchase a home your are taking on sole ownership and can do anything with your home as you please. It is the best investment you can make for yourself as you can wait til property value goes up and make more ROI or rent your home out and be able to make a second income.

𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 🚨:
The end of October marked my 1 year anniversary being a brokered real estate sales agent and I am extremely proud of myself for achieving almost 2 MILLION DOLLARS in sales during this time.

I'm not the type to pat myself on the back but I had to take a moment to recognize how amazing this is for several reasons.

Here's the top 5
1. I became licensed in one of the most unprecedented markets in real estate history. ( Experienced and top producing agents were getting their butts kicked so imagine lil ole me!)

2. I didn't and still do not have a team.(Aside from my one mentor, who I could call & ask questions, I worked completely by myself).
3. No Administration staff or assistants.
4. No Promo/Advertisement team. No Lead generation.
5. I am considered a "Part Time" agent. ( Meaning I still work a 9-5).

Completely new to real estate although not foreign to me. I came in and my only goal for myself honestly was to sell at least ONE house during my first year.
Most agents during the 1st & 2nd year make ZERO sales and for me to come in and not only achieve my goal but hit over 1 million during my first year is crazy!
It wasn't easy with so many odds against me as I mentioned, there were so many occasions when I said "F*ck This", from
dealing with nasty agents, nasty attorneys, nasty lenders, the stress of the crazy ass market, the abundance of people who wasted & disrespected my time, lack of sleep, missing out on family and friends, people who doubted me, people who tried to bring my business down.
Countless F**kery but here I am almost 2 Milli in sales and still standing.
There's no one to thank but God & my awesome clients who gave me their business or referrals.
Nothing can stop me, it's only up from here. 2022 here I come! 🏡 💰🍾
