I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to finish a week feeling completely exhausted, yet still wonder, “What did I actually accomplish?”

Being busy can fill your calendar. It doesn’t always move your business forward.

Take a few minutes to look back at last week and see where your time really went. That little exercise can be surprisingly revealing.

Before you jump into another week, take a look at where your time actually went.

Did you spend enough time on lead generation? Following up? Taking care of clients? Learning? Or did admin work take over your calendar?
