Rodney Simmons at Level Group

Rodney Simmons at Level Group I have access to the most landlords and listings in the area and my mission is to provide my clients After serving in the U.S.

I'm a native Manhattanite, born and raised on the Upper West Side before moving to Long Island when I was 14. Marine Corps for eight years, I was attracted back to New York for its dynamic energy and reputation as the city that never sleeps. Now a resident of “El Barrio” East Harlem, I have over 15 years of experience working as a mortgage loan officer and commercial finance manager before landing

at LG Fairmont. My extensive knowledge of federal real estate finance and mortgage related laws and regulations makes me an ideal agent, as someone who will tirelessly apply his skills in residential and commercial rentals and sales to help my clients achieve their goals. My devotion to productivity and consistency in my work, coupled with my homegrown New York charm and integrity, gives me the determination to find a new home for each and every one of my clients. I believe the training I received at LG Fairmont has served as the foundation for my real estate growth, fueling my ambition to become a top agent. In my spare time, you can find me at the gym, learning Kung-Fu, or travelling the world. I loves deep sea fishing off the Florida Keys and jetting off to Jamaica several times in a year to spend time with my family there. I also spend time volunteering at The Bowery Mission and helping homeless veterans.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO BE FORCED TO PAY AN APPLICATION FEE AND APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT BEFORE YOU VIEW THE APARTMENT.

DON'T FALL FOR ALL THESE SCAMMERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA TELLING YOU TO PAY A HIGH APPLICATION FEE BEFORE SEEING AN APARTMENT. THESE ARE SCAMMERS WHO HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. NO OFFICE. NO PICTURE OF THEMSELVES ON THEIR AD AND THEY USE FACE PICTURES OF APARTMENTS THAT DON'T MATCH THE LOCATION. THEY ARE ALL OVER INSTAGRAM.

REAL BROKERS LIKE MYSELF WILL HAVE THEIR NAME, BUSINESS ADDRESS AND A NY PHONE NUMBER.

NEW YORK STATE LAW CAPS THE APPLICATION FEE AT $20. THERE IS NO LAW OR RULE THAT SAYS IF YOU USE A PROGRAM YOU DON'T PAY AN APPLICATION FEE. MOST BROKERS WILL WAIVE IT BUT OF THEY DON'T THERE ISN'T ANYTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

SCAMMERS
Watch out for these scammers on IG. They post apartments that accept vouchers but want you to pay $150 application Before being able to view an apartment. A dead give away is that the IG account is new and they try to inflate their post count by adding a lot of posts on the same day.
