Behind the scenes today - a little glimpse into what happens when I’m helping clients find their next home, even when we aren’t physically together.

Previewing homes in Fort Lee today for a client! For clients with busy schedules or those searching from out of town, previewing homes is one of the ways I can help narrow down the options and make our time touring together as efficient and productive as possible.

There’s only so much you can tell from listing photos and a floor plan. Previewing a home in person allows me to evaluate the layout and flow, natural light, condition, surroundings, and all the little details that may not translate from the online listing.

Sometimes, finding the right home isn’t about seeing every property. It’s about identifying the ones that truly fit my clients’ needs.

Can’t believe September is already here! Starting off the month with a closing this morning, a condo board approval, and a cleared-to-close loan!

It’s been a busy end to the summer, with a lot of time spent running around with clients on both sides of the Hudson River. It’s always rewarding to see months of searching, strategizing, and negotiating finally come together - and just as exciting to start the process all over again with new clients.

There’s something about September that always feels like a fresh start. Ready for the fall market! 🍁🍃

🔥🔥🔥 Excited to share that my rental listing at Brooklyn Point has officially secured a signed lease - the first among five competing C-line residences in the building to do so. The other C-line apartments that came on the market before ours are still available, along with newer listings that have since joined the competition. Same layout, same views, just a few floors apart.

With multiple nearly identical apartments on the market at the same time, this one was all about strategy: closely monitoring the competition and market activity every day, positioning the apartment appropriately, adjusting our strategy when needed, staying on top of every showing and inquiry, and carefully navigating multiple offers to find the right tenant.

This one is also especially meaningful because my landlord client lives overseas and has trusted me for several years to be his eyes and ears on the ground in New York for his investment property. From marketing and showings to applicant vetting and lease negotiations, I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'm here to make sure everything is taken care of from start to finish.
