The Urban League Empowerment Center has won the 2026 Award for Excellence in Mixed Use Development!

Developed by L+M, , , and Taconic Partners, the 17-story, 171-unit project supports the National Urban League’s return to Harlem while delivering affordable housing, including units reserved for youth aging out of foster care, for office space, and retail, all designed to expand opportunity and strengthen the neighborhood.
