Highest resale condo in NYC today.

Grateful to my seller for their trust, and for the chance to represent a home this thoughtfully executed. Every inch of it was cared for. You could feel it.

The buyer’s lucky. Not just because of the finishes or the location (though both are excellent), but because homes like this, quiet, grounded, genuinely livable, don’t come around often.
