🧭 Always fun to remember my first sale, as it was a dramatic as can get. Lots of tears from my buyers, both from joy and sometimes from frustration. It was a long 3 months before we were able to get this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home to the closing table.

Another lease-takeover in the books!

Nestled in prime Bushwick, 214 Knickerbocker Ave was leased this weekend to a tenant coming in for a job to the nearby Woodhull Medical Center.

All the 4 parties involved - the landlord, the outgoing and new tenant and myself, had to make compromises, but in the end, everybody was happy with the outcome.

I represented the outgoing tenant/landlord in this transaction.
