2025: Momentum, Meaning & What's Next
Dear friends,
If I had to sum up 2025 in one line: grateful for the lessons, the power of walking forward with purpose, and the people, always the people. Thank you to everyone who trusted me, whether we were selling, purchasing, or simply talking through what might be. I enjoyed every minute of it.
This was a year of showing up with intention and letting the work speak. The final quarter closed strong with three successful closings, a finish that reflected consistency, trust, and relationships that I value.
This year also marked real growth in my work with older adults and families navigating change, housing decisions, planning, and the emotional side that rarely makes it into the brochure. Plan for Tomorrow, Today became more than an idea; it became a lens for how I listen, guide, and support people as they step into their next chapter.
I began a new collaboration with the N2 Global Advisory Group, where partnership, strategy, and straight talk guide everything we do. Looking ahead, Q1 is shaping up beautifully, including a couple of closings and a large two-bedroom listing on the Upper West Side that I’m excited to bring to market in the new year.
On a personal note, my posse and I all entered a new decade this year, proof that reinvention has no expiration date. Even better, my daughter found her forever guy, and we’ve had the joy of getting to know his family. That alone made the year a keeper, and I’m excited to watch their story continue in 2026.
Community continued to matter deeply. The NYC chapter of the Tourette Syndrome Association of America that I lead had a strong growth year, and the theatre company that I champion, Out of the Box Theatrics, OOTB, made a massive leap from downtown to mid-town, nestled in the center of the Broadway world.
I’m incredibly grateful for your trust, for reading my newsletter, supporting what’s important to me, and referring your friends and family.
You made this year memorable.
As I was writing this letter, I happened to be watching Jay Kelly... "Can I go again? I'd like another one." IYKYK!
Looking ahead, if you need me, you know where to find me.
Happy New Year!
Flight 2025 is taking off into the skies of 2026!
