mornings with my boy will forever be my favorite. ♥️

when we moved into his new school district, his start time became an hour later than we're used to. instead of waking up at 645am screaming our heads off to get out the damn door, now we're up at 645am enjoying ourselves our brekky w/ a book (some days) or watching a show and relaxing before we start our day.

either way, it gave me an extra hour per morning with my son and I couldn't be more grateful. ☺️

this morning he's completing his portion of a mommy + me interactive book we grabbed from our trip to B&N! highly recommend you grab one and do this with your kiddos. it's so sweet!

I also picked up by at recently and just started reading it today. loving it so far!

this home was the definition of WHY I love doing what I do. after about a month + a half of searching, we landed something! but, this was not a simple transaction. there were many days of anxiety, impatience, tons of frustration, confusion and lots of "what the F?!" 😂

what few know and what my clients have learned is, I do not sit and wait around. I fight for answers. I fight for what's right. I fight for YOU! I am always at your service making calls to the township, to the agents, your attorney, your lender, reviewing your inspection and ensuring all is going well w/ your future home. I do not stop fighting until you get to the closing table (&even so after if needed). 🤺

with this property, we won w/ better terms over thehigher number. I fought for credits and repairs and they earned themselves more credits when repairs weren't done. in this market, we know how rare that is. 😮

forget the fight I fought, I am PROUD of my clients whom I always ensured all will go well but made sure they wanted to continue, and they sure did. I am proud of their determination + patience alongside mine! ♥️

in the end, my buyers got themselves their first house to make a home for their fantastic family! more importantly, I made great friends w/ them, who might I say are incredible people. 🤩

they sure as heck deserved that big red bow! 🎁

I am absolutely grateful they came to me, trusted me and allowed me into the biggest journey of their life! ☺️
