This is an extra special one! Story time…
This is my brother Gene (& his family). We went to Morehouse College together. When he moved to NYC years ago he was one of my very first real estate clients & I got him an exceptional large loft rental in BK. He enjoyed that place to the 10th degree even remodeled it into a 2 bedroom lol (New York mentality). Fast forward a few years, started a family & called me to help him upgrade to a rental with more space over looking Brooklyn! Done.
