The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

• Create shipping labels
• Assist with mailings
• Performs other duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

-comply with collections policy and procedures,
-generate daily arrears reports from the property management system,
-actively communicate with tenants with arrears, demand payment via door knocking and document outcome in the system,
-perform occupancy checks,
-process and allocate payments to develop reports on arrears for agency residents,
-communicate with agencies and non-profit organizations to expedite collection,
- develop a rapport with residents in arrears and assist in connecting them with organizations and agencies providing help
to assist residents in applying for emergency Covid-19 rent and utilities assistance programs,
-acceptance of additional training
-report to Regional Manager

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of property leasing experience, property management system experience, collection experience preferred.
-exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
-knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and Office; preference for experience with Real Page.
-Consent for credit and background check.

The Bookkeeper will maintain accounting records for the company, complete reconciliations and financials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Record numerical and financial data to produce financial records.
2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
3. Issue refunds of security deposits
4. Ensures financial data is entered correctly and accurately.
5. Reconcile petty cash, credit cards and bank statements
6. Process monthly accruals
7. Generates accounting and audit reports for cash receipts, accounts payable and receivable, expenditures, and profits and losses.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
2. Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
4. Experience working in a real estate office
5. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree with accounting coursework preferred.
2. At least three years of bookkeeping experience required, preferably in the real estate industry.
