A real estate colleague recently asked me if my alcohol ink artwork is AI-generated.
The answer is no.

My work begins as hand-painted, one-of-a-kind alcohol ink originals. I then translate select pieces into digital patterns and license them to fashion, textile, and home-goods brands through exclusive 2–3 year agreements.

Just as we stage homes to present them at their best, I use professional mockups—like this one—to show how my art can live in the world.
The mockup is a tool, not the artwork.

Using technology thoughtfully isn’t something to apologize for.
It’s part of modern craftsmanship.

2025 in Review — A Year of Creativity & Results

As 2025 closes and the Year of the Fire Horse begins, I’m feeling deeply proud and grateful.

This year brought $13M in closed real estate transactions across Manhattan — residential, rental, and commercial — each shaped by trust, precision, and creativity.

Alongside that, 21 artworks and surface-pattern designs found new homes — from wall works to hand-painted patterns translated onto silk scarves, dresses, and raincoats — continuing my exploration of how art lives in interiors and on people.

A quiet family trip to Japan over the holidays offered a rare pause — space to reflect, absorb, and integrate it all.

Two practices. One throughline: vision.
